Features a weather resistant nylon strap (2"W x 20'L) with a heavy duty snap-hook end to connect with the boat eyelet tie-down points. Strong, self-locking 4:1 gear ratio crank with an easy to grip handle. Frame features a pre-drilled mounting plate with (1) 3/8" x 1-7/8" (2) 3/8" and (2) 5/8" x 1/2" mounting holes (does not include mounting hardware)
